| 11/6-8 - The Alabama Pecan festival is the next scheduled event for GCCK. There will be forging grinding demonstrations. This event is held at Tillman's corner in South Alabama For more info visit their website at www.alabamapecanfestival.com |
| Monthly Meetings will be held the 3rd Saturday of every Month. Unless otherwise stated. Meetings will be held at the IBEW Local Union 903, 2417 32nd street, Gulfport MS, 39501. There has been discussion of holding some of the meeting’s in other areas, to facilitate more participation from members in that region. If you are from one of these other regions and would like to host a meeting, please let us know. More to follow as this develops. We encourage all members to attend the meetings if possible. |
| 11/21-22 - Greater Gulf State Gun & Knife show. This event is held at the Greater Gulf State Fairgrounds in Mobile, Alabama. Several members have committed to getting tables at this show. Tables reserved by 10/23 are $40 a piece. Tables reserved after 10/23 are $45. If we are able to reserve 18 tables we would have one row of nothing but knife makers. I do not remember the exact number but if we had enough we could get the other room for only our members.
